Team roles
Team roles control what each member can see and do in your Subnoto team. Assigning the right role helps you keep sensitive actions (such as changing team settings or inviting members) limited to admins while giving others the access they need for day-to-day work.
Role overview
Section titled “Role overview”The following table summarizes the access level of each role at a high level. Teams can also define custom roles with a specific set of permissions.
| Role | Access level |
|---|---|
| Admin | Full access to team settings, members, and all resources. |
| Editor | Can manage documents and contacts, create and update workspaces; read-only for team settings. |
| Viewer | Read-only access to documents, contacts, workspaces, and team info. |
| Custom | Defined by your team; see the app for the exact permission set. |
